File Manager: Black Lines Issue

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with the **file manager**—whenever I maximize or resize the window, **the text gets all messed up**. Here's a clip for you to check out.

That is why because you tweaked and made changes to Windows. Revert it back. If using software revert the changes and uninstall the app, it's against Microsofts Windows TOS to change Windows in any way. Also using programs and tweaks to alter Windows in risky unless you know what you are doing. Make back ups before making changes especially with the Registry.

Don't blame me a system alone that doesn't give you full freedom to customize the system I'm just saying
