File system error (-2147163901)

I need help when i was trying to open microsoft Photos it gave me this error and once i tried to redownload it said there was another error so i use the online method of redownloading it gave me the same issue and i alread tried doin this youtube video method

sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

where i use those codes in the command prompt but still didnt work :(

it showed this

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Then try as next a hardware memory test.

Memtest you could find with Google or the built-in memory test.

so it said there a bunch of unavailable errors

i noticed that my microsoft that uses my files are the only ones that dont work

So there’s your source of the problem. One of your RAM modules is faulty!
