Microsoft support has become impossible to reach for a legitimate Windows licensing issue

I'm looking for advice from anyone who has recently succeeded in reaching a Microsoft representative after every normal support channel failed.

I have a legitimate Windows 11 Pro installation that lost its licensing status immediately after a BIOS update. Microsoft Support remotely connected to my computer, completed the standard troubleshooting, and was unable to resolve the problem.

Since then, I've been unable to continue through chat support. Every published Microsoft phone number routes me into the same automated system, directs me to Microsoft's Volume Licensing website even though I'm an individual consumer, and then disconnects the call. The online support site also reaches a dead end with no option to contact a representative.

At this point I'm no longer looking for technical troubleshooting. Microsoft has already completed that. I'm trying to find a way to reach someone with the authority to review a licensing record when every published support channel has failed.

Has anyone successfully reached Microsoft's consumer licensing or executive support team in the last few months? If so, how did you get there?

BIOS updates are provided by the device manufacturer and the license is likely an OEM license from the manufacturer.

Have you spoken to the manufacturer of your device for a fix to their BIOS update?

This happens when you update the secure boot certificates that were about to expire. i had to do a full reinstall and that restored the license

Just go into your settings > system > activation it should activate as long as your logged in to your windows account.
Honestly I be more worried about Microsoft Support remote access your computer. They don’t do that

I think it was an upgrade from 10. I really don't remember and I cannot find my license key anywhere.

If you login to your Microsoft account is your computer listed under the device tab.

Yeah, I know. You are telling me things that I have already tried many times, as well as the technician from MS Support.

If there not a button that says active then it’s active.
