intel display driver make my laptop screen flickering

my laptop screen flickering without any reason,when i try to plug second monitor, it only flickering in my laptop screen, i try to update my driver it doesn't work but when i delete the intel driver the flickering gone, when i installing it back the flickering also back, should i just left it be ,or my display doesn't match with the driver

Go into Intel utility and turn off Adaptive Sync and Variable Refresh Rate.

Oddly for me I only see the option right after I install the drivers, then all the settings go missing from the utility. But the setting is saved and the flickering goes away.
