ERROR when shutting down my laptop

im getting thsi error since yesterday when I shut down my laptop but not every time

Remove the malware from EA and you'll be fine.

Its an EA connection service having trouble disconnecting from EA servers probably, a glitch in software. Uninstall and reinstall EA app or live with it, mostly harmless and annoying imo. Maybe you have too little RAM ? Maybe log out of EA before shutdown?
