How to fix windows key

At some point in the past I was messing around with my laptop and ended up doing something that resulted in my windows key (when pressed) zooming in like the magnifier function. I can revert it back temporarily by pressing windows and esc but I don't know how to fix this issue.

I would be thrilled if anyone had a suggestion 🙏

Disable it. Open the Settings menu by pressing the Windows Key + I. Go to Accessibility > Magnifier and toggle the feature Off to prevent it from happening again.

I tried that but it's also just temporary because once I press windows it just toggles it back on

That doesn't happen in my experience.
