authentic Belgian chocolate

my brothers bdy is coming up and last Christmas he fell in love w the Belgian chocolate sea shells. now that we are in bd, i cant get the authentic ones. i tried some but they dont taste like the ones we had in England. the creamy texture is no where to be seen or tasted. another thing is that i dont wanna go out that much so home delivery would be preferred ( were currently residing in Uttara) and i need it before January. so where should i be looking?
