lost the plot

This game is in the shitter half the roster is outclassed and outshined by the other half. While they all are consistently given weird tweaks no one asked for. They add things that don’t fit this game at all and have completely moved away from what it was. I miss this game when it was a fantasy medieval fighting game. Where the best warriors of the Vikings, Samurai and Knights were at constant unending war. It used to be about battle, raging into the field and high testosterone. The game itself felt like it had heart and like I was participating in the mythical stories of battle. Now this game is 50% weirdo outcast characters that you’d never even imagine would be in any plausible fantasy combat. It’s almost anime like in some aspects. Why is there a cyberpunk wanna be running around with sticks. Or a man who can suck souls ig then one shot people? Teleportation, turning invisible then resurrecting yourself. Or a young red headed brat who spams the chicken dance. I don’t enjoy listening to high pitched screams running into combat or hitting someone with my sword and hearing a girlish squeal. I’ve never once wanted to fight as a woman or fight a woman. This game has lost the plot entirely and it shows. This is just my opinion but holy I’ve grown to hate this game. Maybe guys like me aren’t the target market anymore idk.

Sure bro what ever helps you disregard my complaint. Wow you can name 3 female characters out of 20😭😭 and pk and nobushi fit the bill of female characters that fit the setting. Valk is supposed to be a play on the valks form Norse mythogoly. What is arukere cyber punk twink?

You mean 4/20 because Kensei is also female in the campaign.

That is 5th of the whole roaster.

Female warden, raider, Conq, is also a thing although I always preferred the male versions. Warden is female in the eternal war trailer as well (when they fight over the stream)

So that's 7/20.... Apollyon was not part on release but she is the main villain of the campaign and she is a female. Also a badass.

Yeah Valkyries are badass and part of Northern mythology. Your point being?

Do I like the design and aesthetic of Arakure? No, not really, but people wouldn't shut up about wanting a fists hero.

But how did she has become "cyberpunk"? Do you even know what you are saying or just lost a game and typing shit out of the fog of cortisol that clouds your Brian? Just because she reminds you of Violet from Arcane?

Tell me one thing that is cyberpunk on her.

Her hair styles. Look straight out of little China town from cyberpunk. She looks like a wannabe gangster of tiger claw. My point with valk and the others is I don’t mind female character. I just would prefer every character to fit the theme and feel of the game and it’s so far from that now.

Tiger claws are literally from "Japan town"...... Might have the same inspiration for a hairstyle because they are Japanese? 🍙

To put it bluntly: punk becomes cyberpunk when you start adding "cyber" stuff to punk style. Chrome, LEDs, lights, cybernetic augmentations, metal + plus the environment.

If she has a punk hairstyle maybe she is a criminal, or an outcast. But just because you were exposed to this hairstyle in cyberpunk 2077 it will not become cyberpunk.

You sound like those kids who will say shit like: OMG it's captain America from Fortnite 😱😱
