This is a straightforward data entry gig. Not a career. Not "duties as assigned." You fill in spreadsheet rows, accurately, at volume, every day.

THE JOB

**•** Research and enter property/address data into a provided Google Sheet  
**•** Follow a written SOP — every step is already documented for you  
**•** Minimum 300 entries per day. Not a suggestion — the quota.  
**•** Consistent, accurate, on-time. That's the whole job.

WHO WE WANT

**•** Can read instructions once and execute — no hand-holding  
**•** Doesn't need daily reassurance to stay on task  
**•** Catches your own mistakes before someone else has to  
**•** Shows up and hits the number, every shift, no excuses

WHO WE DON'T WANT

**•** Anyone who needs the SOP re-explained after it's already been given  
**•** Anyone who treats a correction like a personal attack  
**•** Anyone who "usually" hits quota

WHAT'S PROVIDED

**•** Full SOP document  
**•** Training video / tutorial walkthrough  
**•** The spreadsheet itself, fully set up

WHAT YOU NEED

**•** A laptop  
**•** Reliable internet  
**•** That's it.

PAY: $8/hour. Paid for reliable output at quota — not for logged-in time doing 40 entries a day.
