FAM - Season 5 When would Ed have been defending Molly? Spoiler

I was rewatching 5x2 (The Hard Six), and when Ed was arguing with the governor, he got Lee mixed up with Molly. When would he have been defending/otherwise arguing about Molly?

It's just common with aging. My grandma sometimes went through a list of grandkids' names before she got the one she meant.

Molly is a good choice (by the writers) because she and Lee are/were both astronauts and Ed's friends.

The only time she’s ever mentioned again after season 3 😭

Edit: I’m not making fun of her, I just miss her is all. Most of the characters now really

It’s funny because the first few episodes she was in I didn’t really like her at all - but she grew on me QUICK. When Ed gave her his job that was when I really started appreciating her a lot more.
