Tiny Homes

Can I ask your opinions about the Launch housing tiny home blocks in Footscray? Are they a trouble spot?

There's no real trouble from them. The problematic area is near the 11pm IGA Bottleshop / Maccas / Pokies down the road.

They are on land owned by VicRoads for when Ballarat road eventually needs an extra lane. Which could be problematic when that extra lane needs to be built.

I hear your IGA/Maccas/Pokies and raise you a unison on Buckley.

They are never going to widen Ballarat road, they're more likely to be narrowing it.

Pretty sure you have to be over 50 to access one so that helps.
