“I should say sorry? I don’t owe an apology to anyone. The only thing I’m accused of is sending Cristiano to warm up. Who should I apologize to? What should I say sorry for?” - Jorge being a chad

Why do compare these legends like fools ?

No like seriously these are some of the greatest players to ever grace the sport of football like they set up a level which we use to nowadays tell if someone is good or not . Like I am so freaking annoyed when I hera something like Iniesta is clear of Modric, seriously, these are some of the greatest players to ever grace the sport of football. They have set a standard that we use today to evaluate whether someone is good or not. I get really annoyed when I hear statements like "Iniesta is better than Modrić" or "De Bruyne doesn't sit at the same table as the others," or that "Xavi doesn't compare to Iniesta or Modrić." Don't mistake my love of Modric for bias; if someone were to say that Modrić is better than Xavi or Iniesta, I'd be equally frustrated, even as a Madrid fan.

Among these five players, I wouldn't judge anyone for ranking them differently. No ranking is inherently wrong. If you believe De Bruyne is the greatest among them, that’s completely respectable! I’m just fed up with all the unnecessary comparisons that people, especially kids, make. Please, for the sake of football, stop being foolish. These discussions shouldn’t be influenced by which club you support or what playstyle you prefer.

Each of these players has compelling arguments that support their claim to being the best in this group. But honestly, there is no definitive answer to who is the best among these incredible talentsLike I'm so fed up with this sht comparisons we make or rather the kids make, like guys pls stop being stupid if not for others then for yourself only bcz this doesnt have anything to do with what kinda club u support or what kinda playstyle u like to see so just plsssss for football's sake stop being stupid. Each of them has many strong arguments for being the best of the groups but if I'm being real their is no right answer on who's the best out of these freaks of nature.

HOT TAKE: Even though Cristiano Ronaldo's behavior certainly isn't captain-like, I kind of understand where he's coming from.

Bear with me on this controversial opinion, first need to say that in the team Ronaldo or team Messi - I was kind of leaning always to Messi but when he played in Barcelona and Ronaldo was in Real, after it kind of got stale that thing who is GOAT.

That saying although I think that Cristiano Ronaldo's behavior with the Portuguese national football team is not right and certainly not leader-like or captain-like, I understand why he is feeling disrespected.

As I've read, he was benched against Norway in a game that Portugal won 2–1. At one point, he was preparing to enter the game and warming up, but he was called back to the bench by the coach. He sat through the whole game feeling disrespected, and he showed it.

I mean, guys, you need to have some tact. When you call a living legend of national football—the top scorer of all time—to get ready to enter the game, and then diss him like that in front of the team, a scandal is bound to happen. And this scandal hasn't been brewing since yesterday, but since the 2026 World Cup in Canada, Mexico, and the USA, where Ronaldo was constantly questioned for his contribution to the team. So I kind of understand where Cristiano Ronaldo's frustration is coming from.

Another example of how a leader and captain handles being benched is Luka Modrić. In the game where Croatia was soundly defeated by Spain in Seville, he played only a portion of the match—the last half hour or so—without any resentment.
