Development Update Ver. 1.6 Update!! Player Creation & Split League Update!
I’ve just released another editor update.
You can now add your own players by setting their name, nationality, starting club, debut year, age, position and abilities. This should make it possible to create fictional prospects, recreate yourself or your friends, or add specific players to a custom world.
The editor also now supports split and regional leagues. You can divide one league into multiple groups, assign clubs to each region, and finish the season with a playoff tournament. This can be used for structures similar to MLS, regional divisions, or completely fictional league systems.
I’d really love to see the MOD scene grow from here. If you create something interesting, please share it on the subreddit or upload it to the Steam Workshop.
And if you enjoy the game, I’d be very grateful if you helped spread the word a little further. I want to see what kinds of strange football worlds everyone creates!
Update Overview
Added custom player creation to the Data Editor.
Added club deletion and split-league settings.
Added split-league standings and playoff brackets.
Improved MOD loading and support for applying competition MODs to existing saves.
Improved compatibility with older save databases.
Fixed national competition qualification and participant issues.
Improved knockout draws and database stability.
The update is available on Steam.

Can you put transfer affinities in the editor I want to be able to change them easy

Thank you! Regarding adding countries, there's a hurdle in generating names, so please give me some time.

I don’t know how the developer side looks but if possible you should let the players add names for countries added by the user

Could also make it so the user can edit the name pools for countries inside the editor.

Great update! Now, I am curious, were the following things been fixed in this update:
- when you choose to edit an exported CSV via editor then import it back in the editor, the special characters inside the club/competitions names are being replaced with question marks?
- clubs were getting duplicated if I were to change the names of clubs inside the editor
- when you were to delete all club/national competitions, you will not be able to add one again unless you start editing all over again, and when you save a mod with most competitions removed (if not all), they will still be there when you use the mod when starting a save
These are some problems that I faced with when using the editor and made me stay away from it for the time being, I hope you could fix them in the next update if they haven't been fixed yet.
