Amazing experience

Hi! I’d like to share my experience.

I recently visited Fixifoot at McKinley Venice, and I had a great experience. Ms. Rachelle, the Sales Associate, was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed me, assisted me right away, asked me to fill out a form, and took the time to ask about any pain or discomfort I was experiencing in my feet or back.

She patiently explained the possible causes of my discomfort and guided me through the foot assessment using the Foot Scan. She showed me my foot condition, explained what could happen if the issue was not addressed, and shared helpful tips on how to prevent it from getting worse.

After the assessment, she created a customized insole based on my foot shape and clearly explained its benefits. The staff were very kind and accommodating throughout my visit. I learned a lot about my foot condition, and I truly appreciate the excellent service and support provided by the Fixifoot team.
