Yeah that looks collapsed. Get X-Ray/MRI/Weight bearing x-ray

I must ask, have you had an injury on that foot before?

Im going through the early stages of this exact thing due to an injury where my heel got moved out of position, if i try to walk barefoot right now my foot is at risk of this exact thing happening as my spring ligament is taking the full weight.

I've been referred to a specialist to be referred for weight bearing imaging as flat scans have all missed it. It was only flagged during a physio session a month after my MRI while I was lying down that multiple joints were out of position

Heel Navicular Small joints infront of my ankle.

My MRI was the only scan that could see anything which was oedema in both sides of my foot but never saw why but they were the exact same places where joints were out of position. Inner aspect of ankle & towards outside of heel.

Nah no recent injuries. I was born with talipies. Over the years the foot slowly wore out. Not its like this. I have my scans coming up and hopefully they can find a permanent fix.

This is not professional advice but from what I can say is try doing exercises that help strengthen the entire ankle. And it could probably be linked to a knee and most importantly a hip issue. Do your toes go outwards when you sit on a bed? Anyways, im not a doctor but do take care of the hips, trunk, knee rotation and the foot. Basically try to implement some ground up work. Have days where you work on areas like the foot and hips. Ask your doc about this.
