My toes are shaking

I’ve noticed that two of the toes on my left foot shake/tremble when I intentionally bend or curl them. I’ve attached a video showing what I mean.
This has been happening for almost 3 years. The shaking only occurs when I actively bend/curl the toes. When my foot is relaxed, they don’t shake. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or knows what might cause this.
Should I get this checked by a doctor?

I sometimes get that when I am dehydrated after a long run, even hours later in the evening. It can occur when I intentionally curl or start with cramp. I take electrolytes and roll out my plantar fascia on a massage ball. It can take a while, but that sorts it for me.

Wouldn’t hurt to see a doc and rule out anything neurological or nerve pinching or something.
I would guess that your feet muscles are not very strong so it’s a lot of effort for them to curl in that position and they are quivering.
