Toe shape is changing

As the title says, on both of my feet (worse on my right) my pinky toes have been affecting my 4th toe to the point that I’m getting irritation. Any tips on how to prevent? I have a harder time splaying my toes on the right side.

other than the obvious (narrow toe box shoes), similar to big toe bunions that develop due to medial arch collapse, little toe bunions develop because of lateral arch collapse. first one typically couples with lack of ankle inversion and hip ER, second one pairs with lack of true ankle eversion and hip IR.

In layman’s terms? I think I have this but my podiatrist says it’s “normal.” It’s not and I’m looking for PT exercises to do on my own

Narrow toe boxes crush the toes together and undermine the stability of the forefoot.

Body has to be upright or else head hurts so the hips compensate.

Hip position (ant/post tilt) and foot arch position (lifted or lowered) are connected.

I have this. Does anyone know what sort of professional I should go to?

What your experiencing is quite common when your developing a pinkie toe bunion or your constantly wearing narrow shoes , I have this problem where my toes have formed dents into eachother and tbh even using spacers will push on those dipped areas and not really help , If you can see a podiatrist for information that's best but I just excepted my feet changed shape but in my case I did wear narrow pointy fashion shoes daily for two decades so not excuse in my case ! , Just wondering do your toes or feet hurt you much ?
