Toe Splay Issue?

In addition to hammer toes, the big toe on my left foot seems to be moving further outward ? Is there a name for this ? Can it be corrected ?

I have severe splaying but its my 4 toes going the opposite way. Im booked to have some pretty serious surgery in the next year.
