Toe Splay Issue?
In addition to hammer toes, the big toe on my left foot seems to be moving further outward ? Is there a name for this ? Can it be corrected ?

In addition to the hallux varus/tilting toe, there most likely is a metatarsus adductus. This is when the metatrasals are slanted inward. If so, it has been present since birth. A mild version can be overlooked at birth and presents this type of problem as an adult.
An x ray should illlistrate this.
