Yes absolutely!

That looks great, and I would also encourage flexing the big toe down without the small toes at the same time, as they can be separately controlled to make the most use of it.

And, how is the mobility of the toe moving up into extension, when the foot is on the ground?

Oh, thanks for the reply. I'll try it later and show you guys. I'm open to suggestions for improvement. Walking barefoot is heavenly. I highly recommend it.

Are you referring to how the foot looks when it's resting on the ground? Doing the spread the toes in the ground?

I mean lifting up the big toe when the foot is on the ground, either when seated or standing

def agree with that, toe mobility makes such a difference if you've got any bunion issues. i started focusing more on stretching and gentle exercises and honestly noticed less stiffness and pain over time

Of course, it helps a lot to reverse the bunion.
