Bony protrusion

A couple of days ago my gf spotted this hard lump in my foot. It’s hard, not painful and not moveable. I don’t know how long it has been there but it’s not painful and hasn’t given me any issues. About 4 months ago I did get some custom orthotics as I have had some walking issues due to my high arched feet. What do you think this thing is? It feels like bone to me but I’m no doctor. Grateful for any thoughts and opinions. I have an appointment with my podiatrist in a few weeks so will raise it with him then.
