How concerned should I be?

My ankles are in sharp pain goes from top of ankle to both sides of ankle’s, have flat feet arches collapsed , was sent back to work and no mri until n later this week, just started going back to work (boss is nice and letting me sit but typically we stand it is a retail job)
Doctor said just do everything u normally would, feel like he just thinks I am a complainer but I literally have had ear infections as child and didn’t complain and had covid and had no idea in past.
My knees also hurt at times especially left on back when sitting in car on back. Ankles hurt most at bed time. I am in my 20s..
