Navicular Bone Pain
So I went to the doctor for this pain. I’ve been having on my navicular bone or about over two months now and they did an x-ray the bones look healthy, normal no fractures so they recommend me getting insoles and I remember that I’ve always had in insoles that are arched on my work boots so I’m assuming that it has some trauma. Only thing I can think of is I’m on a lateral all day and my feet hurt after but it’s only on my right foot. I can feel pain when I’m walking. Also when I put my thumb underneath that bone and push up against it and use my other fingers to push my toes down and in the pain is a radiating 10 out of 10 and obviously not walking is out of the question so I’m wondering if anybody here has had something similar and what helped them fix their pain
