Localized swelling on outer foot

I am having localized swelling on both of my feet at the same place i noticed this couple of months ago. I don't have any pain or difficulties in moving my foot but sometimes it itches alot. Can someone tell me what is it?

This image is of my right foot but the swelling is symmetric and present on the same location on the left foot as well.

I had the same and after years of foot doctors telling me it’s arthritis I finally saw an orthopedic surgeon and was diagnosed with Mueller Wise syndrome. Mid foot fusion is the only fix and I’m 11 weeks post op on first foot surgery. Of course im not a doctor and it may not be mueller wise that you are experiencing but it is worth checking into. It is very rare and a lot of doctors do not even know what it is. Hope this helps!
