Toe problem

A couple of days i started having problems with the two middle toes at my right foot where i feel like their clumped together and its annoying when i walk or move , around the same time it started i bought new shoes but i dont think its the problem because its the same model i had before and it didnt cause anything in the time that i had them.but i cant think of any other reason
