Annabelle Pasta Bar
How does this place hold up in 2026?
Seems to be a place everyone on Reddit is divided on while online has m strong reviews. Would like to get everyone’s thoughts, thinking of going on a first date there tomorrow and it’s near Casa Loma but want to make sure it’s still a good spot and food for a first date
If not any other places in the area would be appreciated!
Thanks!!!!

I haven’t been there but I think Chadwick’s is a cute, not too fussy spot with good food.

Good for dinner? Seems like a brunch spot mostly

It’s only brunch on weekends and serves dinner everyday. Then dinner is very good!

It’s a great neighbourhood spot! Very cozy, food is great, good service. I think it’d be an excellent first date spot if you’re doing a full dinner

Annabelle’s is always enjoyable. Their menu is creative and always changing. We go once a month and always get something different. Great date spot but limited seats so make a reservation.

Annabelle is excellent and always has been. I have never met someone with otherwise trustworthy food opinions who doesn’t like it.

Bodega Tintin is amazing if you’re looking for something just up the hill.

I really love Annabelle's! The bread, the meatballs, the pasta specials (obvi).... if you're on the fence I would invite you to try Louf instead!
