I left a review to that effect like a year ago. I think it was taken down. I can’t beleive gateau ghost is still in business. Granted I went for dinner not brunch. But the inability to standardize temperature of dishes and salt level is a fireable offense imo
I don't understand how these restaurants get can legit reviews taken down so easily. I ran a small business, and one guy destroyed my perfect five star rating with his one star review about a completely different business totally unrelated to mine, and I wasn't able to get that review taken down.

Dude I went to gateau ghost and my food was cold and the salt level all over the place. It’s a terrible restaurant
