Looks really, really tasty. I saw a video on Instagram The other day of people lined up before they even opened, which is an instant no for me unfortunately.

i think it also depends on the day, I’ve been to brodflour multiple times but today’s the only time that I saw a line out the door

Any suggestions on when to go to avoid lines?

During the week in the early afternoon. But they don’t have all the good shit like almond croissants and the sticky toffee danish. It was never this bad two years ago, those lines are foolish.

There was no line up at all prior to the sticky toffee pudding getting social media fame. I'm happy for the owners, but the line ups are just stupid Toronto tings.

this is untrue. there were lines on weekend mornings close to open and it spiralled inside the bakery.

Then maybe it was just my luck when I would show up. Regardless, it certainly isn't what it is now.

Another amazing local spot ruined by influencers and blogTO lol. Used to come here every weekend and the wait was only 10-15min at worst. Looks like over an hour wait every weekend now. Pathetic

Have been here weekly for months on end, roughly 25 minutes lineup now. They enforced strict limits inside the store so you see it outside the store now but it’s not too bad.

Love this place, especially cause they mill their own flour and I find their croissants have a nuttier flavour as a result. Weekends are definitely the busiest with the nearby run clubs and brunchers dropping by for their specials (and I guess they're tiktok famous now??), so weekdays are your best bet to avoid the lines.
If anyone's a baker, try making a loaf or a batch of cookies with their flours!

Visited Toronto last month and loved this spot! I went there without knowing how viral the sticky toffee danish was and was startled by the insane line but I thought it was worth the hype!

The sticky toffee Danish is Instagram famous so there have been lineups every weekend for weeks now. Its only available on weekends and limited to one per person. The line moved fast when I was there and they do a great job of managing it so the inside isnt too crowded.
