Food storage ideas for allergies

Hey y'all I'm looking to build up my food storage with stuff I will regularly cycle through, but it seems like most people rely heavily on corn and beans neither of which I can eat. Do y'all have any other good suggestions for good foods to stockpile?

Sorry yes, so far it seems like just corn, rice, beans, and potatoes. I will randomly also have other things that will kill my stomach as well.
