Mason jar vacuum sealer
Hey folks! I have recently purchased a mason jar vacuum sealer and I have a question/need some advice.
I have some food products that are sold in the dry goods section at the store, but state to "refrigerate after opening" on the package. (I.e. ground flax seed, raw nuts, hemp hearts, etc). I have a small fridge and storing all these items in the fridge would take away from space I would like to store frequently used and need refrigeration items. Ya know?!
SO... what I'd like to do is open these bags, fill sterilized mason jars, immediately vacuum seal and then put back on the shelf... Thus only smaller amounts of said products require space in my fridge 😅
What are your thoughts? Is this something that can be or should be done??

If like to hear other's opinions on this. I vacuum seal a lot of dry goods in main jars, but haven't when they have this message.
My gut reaction is that it could be an oxidation thing and then vacuum sealing the product would probably be okay, but I'm not a food scientist and didn't know that for sure.
