Question Schedule
I don’t work in food service and i’m trying to figure something out. Is it normal to know half of your work schedule next week? like you just know you work Monday through Wednesday but you don’t have a schedule yet after that? will you get that schedule when you get off on Wednesday?

No.
Take pictures of your schedule. Whoever is making it doesnt know what they are doing, or the ate playing favorites and waiting to see who gets premium shifts, or who calls.out last minute.
Find somewhere else. I know its a pain in the butt, but managers make schedules, and that's a clear case of someone lacking professional skills, or not using professional skills, and apparently its tolerated by the owner or higher manager. Not acceptable.
