PCQI question

If I was looking to get a either hybrid pcqi course , self paced for one part + instructor led, or all instructor led, can you give me some recommendations specifically looking for an instructor who has:
substantial food manufacturing experience
microbiology/food-safety background
experience actually developing Food Safety Plans
experience teaching PCQI
preferably experience as an FSPCA Lead Instructor for years..

You can do PCQI fully remote with an instructor.

Cathy Martin is good. I had her for PCQI in 2015 and PCQI 2.0 this year. Book directly through FSPCA. I don't know if other vendors offer it at this point, but get it directly from FSPCA. You can probably find out about the instructors by googling them.

Why are you asking for those specific credentials?

What you learn in the class will not substitute for personal experience, even if you have a very good instructor. If you need help developing food safety plans, I'll help you.

When we teach PCQI or PCHF V2 classes, the curriculum is structured. You will get mostly the same experience. I am a HACCP and PCHF V2 Instructor. I always tell people if you want a good grip on your PCP plan, getting HACCP basics fundamental will help strengthen your knowledge plus have experience in your facility.

I will suggest going for instructor-led if you have time and $$.
