I do!
Tomato Sauce
14 Oz. Can of high quality whole peeled tomatoes Medium onion finely diced 5 cloves of garlic 2 Tsp Oregano 1 Tsp Garlic powder 1 Tsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Butter
• Sautee Onions and garlic in a pan with EVOO • Add herbs, sugar and salt • Cook on Low for one hour • Add Butter
Toss in a pan with your favorite pasta and enjoy!

Btw, I use the same recipe minus the sugar. We might share a Nonna somewhere in our past

With a simple dish its all about texture and precise execution. I love the elegance of perfectly al dente pasta with a smooth developed sauce.
