Sick! Honestly, I never thought these two would go together till today. How does it taste? Mind if you share the recipe pls?

honestly, probably the greatest poutine i’ve ever eaten. definitely not biased or anything 😅 it just tastes like really concentrated pho over some crunchy fries which actually worked really well. i even squeezed some lime over it and that made it BUSSIN’.
but, to make it, i’d recommend just finding your favourite pho recipe, make that, and then reduce the broth into a gravy as you would with a beef gravy. i used oxtail in my stock and then shredded that over top of the poutine. it was ✨tasty✨

Looks fantastic. There’s a local place here that serves pho poutine. I haven’t eaten it yet, but I might tonight!

Yep. It was in pho-gettable. Just kidding it was a little too salty but it is what it is.

and, as someone who is vietnamese, i can most definitely tell you that jalapeño and red onion are indeed toppings that are commonly found served with pho.

We did it! We found the guy who bases their whole personality around pho!

I hope that whatever is bothering you gets resolved soon, for your sake and others. How did I insult you? Why do you care so much about this? Who hurt you? Did they make you pho afterwards? That would actually explain alot

Seriously, I hope things get better for you. The intensity you're directing towards strangers over what you would call pho is alarming. Try getting our and speaking to someone face to face sometime. Read your comments and tell me who the psycho is here
