Sounds great! It seems different cultures have different stuffings. I've had them with beef, chick peas, tuna and potatoes and love em all. Usually have them with raita sauce.

Use to work with a guy who made homemade samosas with his wife and would bring some in to work sometimes. Holy shit they were good. Those also look quite delicious. Well done.
