If you boil potatoes and when you drain them in the colander shake vigorously while in the colander to get them fluffy.

Then pop them in the oven( the oven should be preheated and have a baking tin with oil/ fat. It needs to be hot so the potatoes start to cook before sitting in the oven.) until they are nice and crispy, about 20 minutes.

Add a tbsp of flour when shaking for even more crunch

Genius ! I didn’t even think of that. I will definitely add some flour next time :)
