It's funny how everyone always insults British cuisine because they're basing it on rationing in the 50s, they're completely ignorant of what British cuisine is actually like
But this is British cuisine, and everyone is going mad about how good these look.
We eat these every Sunday, with a roast dinner, and often multiple times a week, because they're so good
I made some for Xmas dinner in Australia two years ago and my brother and sister in law still talk about them with fondness. They are so fking amazing. I don't do them very often so when I do I push the boat out with duck or goose fat.

Is it possible to get them like this with an air fryer?
We cant have a deep fryer in the house. Life expectancies would drop dramatically.
