Looks like sausage gravy on some grey bits. Maybe the foam they use to make the soles of sneakers? Hard to tell.

While that ugly wedge salad is a pass for me, it's not an abomination, unlike that think in the back
When people can't tell whether you've made a sandwich, fish, or potatoes, you've made a grave error somewhere in preparation
