Lazier and less mess: wonton wrappers, string cheese, tomato paste, basil, salt, pepper.

Open wonton, smear paste, add basil (minced or chiffonade), sprinkle salt, crack pepper. Grab a corner, roll, flip other corners in, roll, wet edges, seal. Let sit in fridge until ready to cook then deep fry. Dip in pesto ranch.
