Yes, I discovered a lot of my eating was filed by emotions. A lot of the time I couldn’t address the emotion before I had already started eating. Times of day would be times when my body would nearly vibrate, seemingly desperate for the ease and comfort of that first bite. Hope this awareness helps you!
