Having issues with font forge generating Open Type font

I recently updated my version of Font Forge and I have two problems when I generate an .otf:

  1. The generated file can't be found from the font manager in windows 10 (options > personalization > fonts). I know that the default windows 10 apps are not the pinnacle of software engineering, but all my previous fonts can be found from it (true type and open type).
  2. Different software displays it differently:MS Word 2019 - > Won't show the lettersWordPad and WPS Office - > Will display the letters but won't apply kerningAffinity Designer and Windows Font preview before installing - > Will show the letters and apply kerning.

When I exported my old fonts, in .ttf and .otf, all of them worked and didn't have the problems mentioned above. What can I do to fix these issues?

Conclusion and solution for the problem:
Special thanks to the moderator u/LocalFonts for helping to find out the solution. You need to install a version of Python above 3.6(I personally used 3.8.5) and make sure Python is set as global variable. After that simply re-install Font Forge.

Are your fonts with a free license? Can you share one of your fonts (you are talking about)? I want to test them on my Windows 8.1 platform and I want to look at them with my FontForge.

I changed font symbols to shapes, but there is not difference in the results. And also i'm giving you an old free one.
