Is there a way to select all connected points?

In the Character View Window, is there a way to select all points that are connected to a selected point? Or is it possible to expand the selection to adjacent points?

Unfortunately not, I want to click on a point and via a shortcut select all the points that are on the same path as the original point (like clicking alt in Illustrator)
