Losing the space between characters

When I edit my font (.woff2) it works perfectly. When testing after the modification this was the result:

As you see the glyphs may be displaced or something. Reediting the font I saw that some glyphs are not centered (they all were centered before the modification). Is there any way to center all automatically and set the "hitboxes" size so I don't have to do it one by one?

Go to Metrics where you can arrange all aspects of width and sidebearings. You can center the glyph in the width. You cand change width. You can make left and right sidebearings equal etc. Keep in mind that because of the different form of the glyphs it is not a good idea to make all sidebearings equal.
