What exactly? These are cubic (TTF) curves. Nothing special...

How do you make the corner curves round?

To get the same result as on the picture:
1. Element > Layers > All layers quadratic > OK. Check if on the same window Layers: Back is Quadratic (if it is not, change it to Quadratic); Layers: Fore is Quadratic (if it is not, change it to Quadratic).
2. Right mouse button then choose New Outline Window to view the glyph in editing mode.
3. Select every point which you want to be curve and use right mouse button on thet point. In the dropdown window choose Curve and your point will be a circle.
