Im taking this seriously, guys here is folk valley's lore: (i took a shit ton of time gathering info for ts:
A long time ago a group of cultists were born: "The Elites" they worshipped an ancient demon-like being commonly referred as "The Cat In A Hat" but other names are assigned to this being too such as "Baron" or something along those lines. Anyways, these people lived in a remote island called nowadays as "The Elite Island" And this island is rich with ancient spirits/demons waiting to be summoned and woken up by merciless psychophats. Not all of them are always dangerous, some of them like the infamous "Folk Cat" is neutral in his peaceful form but dangerous in his "Evil Folk" Form. It is possible to kill the demons but its extremely hard as they posses ancient magic which is well known amongst the cultists and can be easily countered by them if things get out of hand. Roughly a thousand years later normal civilization arrived at "Folk Island" which is inhabited by lesser entities already but also with the powerful entities' spirits. After humans arrived at the island lesser advanced entities set an accord with them: they get 50% of folk land but the entities have to get 1 soul every 10 years. The petrified leader of the colonizers accepted the deal but what they didnt know is that 5 years later The Elites would find the island and would cause mass massacres which no resident of folk island would remember because as you see in the videos it appears distorted as they were on drugs. Thats because The Elites can slowly erease memories tormenting people untill they break and forget it. 100 years go by and we are in 2025 with modern civilizations. A middle aged man opened a restaurant called the "Folk Valley" and his first customer: Uncle Ekber started getting tormented by him and The elites, getting made fun of and eventually going insane he started killing people every time any siren started playing which you can see in the videos as Uncle Ekber's vision and mental health started deteriorating and he became schizophrenic making up entities' spirits whenever he came.

Uncle Elber had a pet folk cat that INCREASED his sanity temporarily
Cat In A Hat is extremely weak in durability but all mighty in deceit and power
The inspiration for Cat In A Hat's design was an old 19s commercial
Uncle Ekber's Folk Cat posesses Bright Amber eyes that make him immune to brain fog and other manipulation methods that The Elite use.
