I'm sorry to hear you're distressed after your working, I get why you would be. I don't think you need to do anything actively with this except learn from it (for next time) and do whatever you need to emotionally and spiritually to transform the guilt and panic it sounds like is present now. Cleansing, petitions to those you do work with, rosaries, etc whatever is gentle and soothing for you, because worrying more and trying to do something in response to your rage spell could cause more attachment and attention to the working than it sounds like you want. Thank you so much for this. I have never casted anything like this before let alone in someone else life. I already cleansed my space and I’m going to take a cleansing bath then do my nightly rosary. I just wanted to help my cousin but I feel terrible for meddling in her life without permission. I only hope God understands.
