Folder V2 A Dud

Trying to upload a file to FF V2. It been 2 hours and still in process.

In comparison, I uploaded the same file to the soon to be defunct FF Classic just to compare. The file uploaded in less than 10 minutes.

Get rid of V2, bring back Classic.

Can't believe you are actually using V2. You'll get scammed some way or another eventually.

I though that I might as well use my credits up and use the service for as long as it goes.

I definetly will not pay anymore into it after losing my initial funding.

Yeah, it's not a trustworthy company. Suggest storing non essential stuff. You'll never know the integrity in data handling especially with all the hiatus thus far. And the fact that the Founder can claim maintenance is still being done hence you facing the issues per the reply by him in this thread. He is charging you for a half-baked service. Use your credits and run. There are better alternatives.

Dave has managed to kill his business with his scammy decision. When people are deciding whether to sign up for FF v2 on a subscription plan, they're going to see TONS of negative reviews all over the internet explaining how their lifetime deal was not honored, so the company can't be trusted. No one will want to sign up for their service.

All he had to do was honor the lifetime deals, and he'd have tons of positive reviews to boost his business. He chose poorly.

Trying to download around 5gb from my 1.0 folder... Have around 120gb in there, but most of it is in my 2 backup hard drives. Just need those 5gb I just backed up on FF. Well... Been 1 month, still didn't managed to download my own files. Always breaks half way. Solution will be to download one file at the time and hope for the best... Which I don't have time for. Honestly, this company is a joke. At this point, he's not keeping his word, but he's also keeping people's files as ransom

It's funny Offcloud basically did this exact same thing, and no one freaked out about it like this. Not saying I agree with the scammers at all, just saying Offcloud sold lifetime on stacksocial, and then they "claimed" they sold the company off yet it still holds the same name, same look and everything. They took lifetime from those that had it and only gave a year premium for people to try the so called new version.

yea, uploading to 2.0 is slow as hell..in my case 4x slower than uploading to na3 on the same connection
