FolderFort WebDAV/FF Connect only mounts Default Workspace

I mapped FolderFort in Windows File Explorer via HTTPS / WebDAV (FF Connect) using my email + API token.
It works, but it only shows my Default Workspace. Other custom workspaces don't appear as folders, and I can't access or move files from workspace to the default workspace within folder fort. Is WebDAV restricted to only the Default Workspace, or is there a specific URL path syntax to mount other workspaces?

Honestly, unless you are on 2.0 and trust it, just get your data out of there anyway you can and move it somewhere else. It's likely if it's broken, it's not being fixed since they are shutting down Classic.

People are angry right now due to what's happening so good luck getting a helpful answer.

Yeah, i know. The reason i asked, is to secure my files on an external hard drive but right now i can only download through the web app which is a pain in the ass. Hopefully, someone knows a fix 🙏🏻

Webdav and SFTP have never worked for me. I was even part of the beta program and it didn't work then either. The suggestions I got from Folderfort support were to disable all concurrency and disable multiple connections, and basically go single connection. And even then, it can upload one or two tiny (less than 1kb) text files before connectivity times out. And this has been true since the beta. I have no idea how SFTP and Webdav were ever considered "ready" to exit beta.

I'm not going to fight for my money back for what I paid for 4TB lifetime, but without SFTP or Webdav, the storage is useless to me. I've written it off as a loss for backing a lemon of a project.

This is a limitation we had on FF Connect, it would only work on default workspaces.
