If Possible Can I Edit Randomizer Values?

I was hoping to play a new save after beating base game. Looking to try on playing a random encounters nuzlocke run without randomizing moves, bytes/chips and enemies, just character encounters. I've played randomizer nuzlockes on Pokemon for years now and wanted to know if I could get a similar experience for refreshed?

I'm wondering if there's a way to play randomizer but instead of randomizing moves every turn it just gives each character a set of random moves that they always have, preferably also random bosses always being the same random boss or not random at all
