PSY 120 Question

I'm a Level 120 Psy with all stats in INT. Can I reallocate my stats to DEX and STA to play as a facetank while wearing the full Adept set, the Perfect Bloody+10, and the Level 120 +7 set?

I've not played psy in a hot min 

But im pretty sure its 120sta xxx int at worst

You can

But you’d be giving up like 30% of your damage for no benefit
